Bookatable has issued its Quarterly Dining Trends report revealing Britain’s hottest dining trends from the last twelve months; the report unveils the UK’s favourite restaurants, most popular food types and rising stars of international cuisine.
Quarterly Dining Trends report looks at Britain’s most popular restaurants from July 2013 – June 2014 from Bookatable’s database of 800,000 diners. Regionally, London, Birmingham and Manchester proved to be the UK’s most in-demand gastro spots, with London taking a majority 52 percent share of overall bookings, followed by Birmingham (22%) and Manchester (20%).
Experience as well as food
