Boutique contract caterer, bartlett mitchell, has appointed Marie Connor to the role of Operations Director.
Marie’s role will see her focusing on the development of bartlett mitchell’s new major client growth strategy, ensuring the right talent and succession planning is in place to provide opportunities for the team to develop and advance. bartlett mitchell has been a Sunday Times Top 100 Company to Work For in the last two years and has made its team its top priority after having set a core strategy in 2011 to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people.
Originally from Ireland, Marie has had a truly international career in hotels, tourism and entertainment working throughout Europe and Australia before settling in London.
For the last 17 years, Marie has been predominantly based in the City and Greater London area and has in depth experience of senior operations and sales roles in contract catering, covering most client sectors from banking and insurance to legal services. She has also been involved in FM tendering and service provision.
