Specialist London caterer Vacherin has appointed Simon Macfarlane to the role of Head of Operations.
Macfarlane has joined from Lusso, CH&Co’s London catering arm, where he was Director of Operations. In his new role he will oversee a team of three operators managing Vacherin’s portfolio of prestigious clients.
