Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group (SWRG), a collection of boutique American steakhouses, is bringing its classic steakhouse brand to London. Smith & Wollensky London will open early spring 2015 in the Adelphi Building on John Adams Street, just off The Strand.
Elegant and timeless
Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio the interior will take inspiration from and complement the original style of the building whilst incorporating classic Smith & Wollensky design elements such as the green and white colour palette, rich hard woods and antique lighting to create an elegant and timeless dining environment.
300 covers, 2 floors
With 300 covers over 15,000 square feet, the restaurant is spread across two floors to showcase two dining bars, two main dining areas and several private event rooms.
The kitchen will feature a full butcher shop and dry-aging room on-site, a signature feature of the Smith & Wollensky brand. Imported USDA Prime beef, alongside British and Irish cuts, will undergo a distinct and traditional aging process, enhancing the primal cuts and ultimately delivering a perfectly balanced steak.
In addition to the USDA dry-aged steaks, the menu will also offer a variety of signature seafood dishes and a wide range of wines at varied price points.
The restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner
