The Plated-Covered banquet system was pioneered by the Equip Line team some 30 years ago and remains as popular and effective today: this is the more traditional but ever popular Banquet Cart method in operation – Cook-Plate-Hot Hold-Serve and can be seen alongside Plated Finishing for a direct comparison.
