The freehold investment sale of 15-19 Goldhawk Road, Shepherd’s Bush recently completed, with Brewdog being the tenant for the ground floor and basement. It is believed to be the first investment sale with Brewdog as tenants with the sale completing within a few weeks of going under offer to a private investor.

Fleurets were marketing the freehold interest at a guide price of £1,250,000 which equated to a net initial yield of 5.3% which rises to 5.7% on the 31st July 2014 and then 6% on 31st July 2018 until the fifth year rent review.
