The National Association of Care Catering (NACC) Training & Development Forum 2014 – the only dedicated learning event for care caterers in the UK – will educate, motivate and inspire delegates from the care catering sector from 1-3 October 2014. This must-attend event for all professionals working in, or associated with, care catering will take place at a brand new, central location – the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham.
Highlights for 2014 include celebrity chef and supporter of the care sector and the NACC, Rosemary Shrager, who will headline the event as special guest speaker, and the introduction of training modules, accredited and delivered by Westminster Kingsway College, that will afford delegates extra qualifications.
The relevant and carefully-planned three-day event will address developments, Government guidelines, challenges and concerns relating to care catering, giving delegates the knowledge, tools and confidence to improve the catering provision they have responsibility for.
Filled with learning opportunities from start to finish, the forum caters for all staff levels and training needs through a dynamic and beneficial programme featuring expert speakers, culinary demonstrations, interactive and accredited workshops, peer networking, best practice sharing, and supplier exhibition.
