Continuing on from the recent opening of CORE, Novus Leisure have rolled onto their next location as part of the £20 million venue refresh happening across the Late Night London estates in this two year period. Next on the list is another of the infamous three A’s, Abacus, which closed its doors at the end of May and will re-emerge as Forge – a unique city offering like nothing Novus has ever produced before.
Indulgence and escapism
Appealing to the rake within, Forge brings a crucial element missing in the city, inviting the employ of senses and pleasures perhaps forgotten. With a bespoke menu offering mouth-watering cuts of meat straight from ‘the pit’ designed to be devoured, expertly seasoned cuts from ‘the spit’ with exotic condiments, rustic sides and bar jars and desserts to die for. This menu truly has been designed with the original values of the city in mind most notably indulgence and escapism.
Forge is an engulfing space to relax and socialise, bringing the ferocity of The Wolf of Wall Street together with the industrial revolution of the American railroads to produce an experience like no other that can be enjoyed for a quick lunch, endless after work drinks, or a leisurely dinner. Not to be missed is the Coca Cola glazed pork ribs fresh from the pit, and any of the delectable meat cuts.

Open from early July…
As part of Novus Leisure’s carefully planned estate-wide refresh Forge will be taking over the city from early July in time to provide the perfect summer escape from the office at whatever moment of the day or night. For that longed-for return to the traditional values of the old city, with gentlemen’s agreements acknowledged over ice cold beers, expertly blended with all that is required to push away the pressures of the modern world and guarantee an experience of sheer pleasure and texture.
