The programme has not only seen the high-end transformation of its bars across the estate, but also the introduction of a wider range of trading hours, an extensive new drinks proposition, together with a new food menu and customer service standards.
As part of the programme, the business has recently delivered a double evolution in Clapham, with elegant transformations to its Clapham High Street and Clapham Junction bars at a total investment of £500,000.
Dramatic changes for up-market customers
The dramatic changes at the bars reflect the brands continued commitment to providing its up-market customer base with a superb environment, in keeping with the experience and occasion they’re looking for when going out.
Clearly defined zones between the bar and dining areas showcase the brands increased emphasis on dining to accommodate customers who want to pop in at lunchtime for a quick bite and for those who want to linger over a leisurely evening meal. Fabrics are warm, vibrant and luxurious to appeal to Revolution’s loyal female following which currently equates to 65% of its target audience, whilst bar areas have become statement pieces to showcase the new premium drinks proposition.
Premium service
Service is at the very heart of the Revolution offering. Customers can expect to be greeted on arrival and directed to a seating area according to their needs, whilst also taking advantage of full table service.
