As part of the De Vere Hotels and Village Urban Resorts’ mission to improve the customer’s dining and drinking experience, Anthony Davies has been appointed Food & Beverage Director.
He joins De Vere with over 20 years experience in the food & beverage industry and a wealth of knowledge in both the B2B and B2C markets holding senior roles within the contract catering sector including Commercial Director at Restaurant Associates, the Executive Dining arm of Compass Group. Anthony’s previous experience also includes time spent in retail based premium pub dining and health club sectors.
Married with two young children, Anthony lives in Kings Langley and enjoys nothing more than sharing great food and drink with family and friends.
