Aloft London Excel introduces Chill & Charge furniture

By James Russell: Aloft London Excel introduces Chill & Charge furniture

June 11, 2014

In celebration of London Technology week, Aloft Excel is introducing cutting-edge technology of its own – Chill & Charge furniture, a brand new technology which allows guests to wirelessly charge their phones and tablets without having to leave their seats.

Created in partnership with Evoni Design, the tech-savvy Chill & Charge tables are embedded with wireless charging pads, allowing guests to charge their phones and stay connected without the need for carrying around cables or chargers or finding a plug socket.

Aloft London Excel is the first hotel in the world to use this technology.

Plus – Technology Cocktails!

Aloft London will be serving three speciality cocktails during London Technology Week from 16 to 20th June 2014: The Start-Up, The Cloud and The Entrepreneur. Guest and visitors are invited to ‘Appy Hour’ which will take place daily between 5 and 7pm offering 50% off the three cocktails.
