Adnams has teamed up with iFootpath – the online walking guide – to create a series of eleven walks exploring some of East Anglia’s finest countryside with refreshment stops at 15 Adnams pubs.
iFootpath is the innovation of husband and wife team and keen walkers, Richard Jemmett and Claire Sharp. They created iFootpath as a library of modern walking guides, bringing together the best of both worlds, old and new.
The guides include all the best features of traditional guide books with turn-by-turn directions, lovely photography and rich information about the history and the environment. With full detailed descriptions of the route s there are no nasty surprises along the way and Bobbie Dog – the third member of the iFootpath team – also tests every walk (and stile!) for dog-friendliness. The iFootpath App adds the benefits of modern technology meaning you can follow your real-time progress around the live satellite route map and add your own comments and ratings.
Many Adnams pubs are situated in the perfect position to take advantage of East Anglia’s beautiful natural scenery. With a mix of coast, heaths and woodland walks, the terrain is also gentle enough for most walkers to enjoy, with interesting sights as well as an abundance of wildlife.
