Carolyn is a qualified Home Economist with a passion for food. She has an impressive C.V. having worked at Fortnum and Masons, Phillips, and Nestle, where she worked on brands such as Buitoni, Rowntrees, Gales Honey, Carnation, Herta, Gold Blend and Nescafe. She has a specialist interest in special dietary requirement such as wheat intolerance, vegetarian, vegan, organic and diabetes.
