Prezzo presents new menu

Prezzo, the restaurant group renowned for Italian food, fine wines and its relaxed atmosphere, presents its new menu in time for the summer months comprising a brand new range of delectable and light flatbread pizzas, salads and desserts.  

The Flatbread Pizza

The new flatbread pizza range is the perfect choice for a warm summer’s day: a classic pizza without a mozzeralla base and topped with fresh salad. Hybrid pizza-salad creations that will create a stir this summer! Choose from:

Caprese (V) (pictured top)

A salad of fresh rocket, marinated cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic and buffalo mozzarella, finished with extra virgin olive oil on a tomato base.

Goats cheese (V)

A salad of goat’s cheese, baby spinach, grilled courgettes, beetroot, roasted peppers and caramelised balsamic onions on a garlic base finished with a balsamic glaze.

Prosciutto and Asparagus

A salad of prosciutto ham, asparagus, grana padano cheese and fresh rocket finished with a lemon and mustard dressing on a sliced plum tomato and tomato sauce base.

New Salads

Crab cakes and a salmon Nicoise have been introduced as part of the salad offering at Prezzo.

Crab Cakes With cantaloupe melon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and mixed leaves in a citrus, chilli and mint dressing.

Salmon Nicoise

Oak-roasted salmon, new potatoes, green beans, cherry tomatoes, black olives, free-range egg and mixed leaves in a lemon and mustard dressing.

New Dessert

A light and crunchy Lemon Posset has been introduced to the dessert offering as part of the new Prezzo menu. Set Lemon cream over a crunchy ginger biscuit base with fresh berries.

New Lunch Set Menu

A brand new lunch set menu has also been introduced comprising a selection of Prezzo’s most popular starters and classic main dishes including grilled goats cheese with beetroots and caramelised onions on ciabatta bread, mozzarella in bread crumbs lightly fried and served with pomodoro sauce, a choice of three of our favourite pizzas, our classic caesar and our well-loved spaghetti bolognaise.

The new dishes featuring on Prezzo’s brand new menu are available to order now in Prezzo restaurants across the UK.

Prezzo Executive Chef Paul Lewis said: “We are always looking to introduce new and innovative dishes to our menu. We are delighted with our new Italian wine offering which compliment these new dishes.
