Creativevents The Food & Drink Co. has launched a new range of Pop-Up Street Food concepts to enhance its exhibition food offering for visitors to ExCeL London at Grand Designs Live.
The new offerings feature eight exciting fresh food concepts drawing from the current Street Food craze that is feeding the ever burgeoning fan base throughout the Capital.
“The new concepts from Creativevents have been very well received,” says Nathan Garnett from Media 10 who organises the show at Excel London. “The Creativevents team have worked very hard on their presentation, which works in tandem with our show design standards, and they have created some fabulous food concepts which have been designed by Creativevent’s new Executive Chef, Bruce Wilson.
The different offerings
“Visitors can wander through the exhibition and be delighted by the colours, flavours and textures of the different offerings,” reveals Chef Bruce Wilson. “Our new ideas include the Pinchos & Wine Bar serving Basque inspired foods; ‘La Saveur’ is our French inspired deli and cheese stall matched with some great French Wines; and ‘Saigon Cinnamon’ offers Eastern inspired dishes packed with punchy Asian flavours.
Those looking for an elegant destination can enjoy the new Champagne & Seafood bar serving dishes including Cured Var Salmon and Paignton Crab accompanied with a glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne.
A good coffee and an indulgent pastry is one of the highlights of most people’s day at an exhibition. ‘Artisan Bakery’ and ‘Central Bar’, positioned at the heart of the main hall, caters to all visitors with a selection of freshly baked cakes, savouries and barista style coffee to keep visitors refreshed during events.
The upgrade also includes ‘The Comfort Zone’ – a concept which celebrates Great British food including traditional Fish & Chips and Aged Hereford Beef Steak and Short Rib Burgers served with Montgomery Cheddar.
