Hot Top: Roasted Chicken Thighs; Jamaican Jerk Chicken w/Rice’n’Peas; Beef Pie & Mash w/gravy; Chicken Pie & Mash w/gravy; Jacket Potato w/Beans & Cheese.
Cold Table: Caesar Salad; Wraps; Oriental Prawn, Noodle & Beansprout Salad; Fresh made coleslaw.
Beech Stone Hearth Oven:
Fresh hand-made Pizzas; Moules Mariniere w/Chargrilled Ciabata; Moroccan Lamb Tagine w/Couscous; Char-grilled steak.
Rational Combi Oven:
You will re-think the need for deep fat fryers when you see the new Patented CombiFry basket in action! – Brilliant results with Oven Fries, Wedges, Hashbrowns, Rissoles, Breaded Scampi and Battered Tempura Prawns. Plus of course the ‘Big Breakfast’.
FRIMA Multi-Efficiency unit:
Wide selection of food to demonstrate most of the cooking modes – frying, searing, pasta cooking, pressure cooking, basket lifts; auto-drain; auto-fill; tilting action – and a magical 2 minute clean down between cooking modes (except if deep frying because we need to wait for the oil to cool down).
