Harrison Catering Services has introduced a new Street Feast concept for customers across its business and industry and education sites to enjoy.
Inspired by the street food trend sweeping the UK, Harrison’s development chefs have created a range of pop-up concept bars showcasing popular cuisines and flavours that deliver fun, authentic, appealing and delicious food that is designed to be hand-held and enjoyed on the go.
“Our customers’ tastes are constantly changing, so staying on top of the latest food trends and looking for creative ways to bring them to our dining facilities is a vital part of our business,” said Mark Stower, Harrison’s Director of Food and Service. “Street Feast is another way we innovate our food offer and showcase different international cuisines, and it has been a great success, with significant sales increase and an undeniable buzz wherever we have introduced it.”
Harrison has also taken the concept to the next level by investing in a branded Piaggio van that travels around each of its business areas. The van contains all the equipment to deliver the numerous concepts and provides an additional unique service point.
