The new menu will be officially unveiled at the brand’s flagship restaurant in Bournemouth on 9 April 2014, and will feature two new menu covers in the restaurant which have been given over to vintage black and white photographs, taken on the award winning beach at Bournemouth and which recapture typical British seaside scenes from long ago.
