Smart Live has been confirmed as production partner for the Ryder Cup Travel Services Guest Events at The 2014 Ryder Cup at The Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire, Scotland, and will be delivering a series of large-scale parties for up to 2000 guests each night on behalf of Ryder Cup Travel Services.
Having previously produced the LOCOG Wrap Party for 5500 LOCOG staff after the closing of the Olympics, this is an exciting opportunity for Smart Live to bring out their flair and creativity at such a prestigious venue and event in the sporting calendar.
Transforming the Gleneagles Equestrian Centre
Smart Live will be transforming the Gleneagles Equestrian Centre from an equine exercise arena (pictured above) into a dynamic space showcasing local food and surprise entertainment, packaged together with evenings of fun and relaxation that will be truly memorable.
To ensure guests get a flavour of what the local culture and entertainment have to offer, Smart Live is looking for exciting new acts to showcase their skills and will be inviting interested local bands and acts to send their details in by July 31 for consideration.
The challenge of changing the Equestrian Centre
