Restaurant Associates, the executive dining division of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has won a three year catering contract worth £540,000 with the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) to provide the catering service at their new Cannon Street office.
Restaurant Associates will deliver a best in class food and service in CBI’s employee dining café to the 180 employees at Cannon Place. The catering team based on-site will also deliver meeting room services and events to delegates and guests across the CBI’s auditorium, members’ lounge and meeting rooms.
Penny & Perc
As part of its offer, Restaurant Associates will deliver innovative new food concepts based on the latest global food trends and using top quality ingredients. The food specialist will also introduce its premium coffee concept Penny & Perc to the CBI, providing a modern, welcoming coffee shop, serving the best, ethically sourced coffee and providing the perfect environment for the CBI teams to collaborate and share ideas with one another.
