Ingredients for 4
- 100 g sweet oaty biscuits, roughly crushed
- 25 g dulce de leche (caramel toffee sauce)
- 100 g Philadelphia Light
- 2 small bananas
- chocolate curls, to garnish
Instructions
- Place the crushed biscuits between four individual serving dishes.
- In a bowl, swirl the dulce de leche through the Philly to create a marbled effect. Carefully spoon the mixutre onto the biscuit layer.
- Thickly slice the bananas and place on top of the Philly mixture. Garnish with a little extra drizzle of dulce de leche and chocolate curls or dust with a little cocoa powder.
