Philadelphia Recipe, Banoffee Dessert

Ingredients for 4

  • 100 g sweet oaty biscuits, roughly crushed
  • 25 g dulce de leche (caramel toffee sauce)
  • 100 g Philadelphia Light
  • 2 small bananas
  • chocolate curls, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the crushed biscuits between four individual serving dishes.
  2. In a bowl, swirl the dulce de leche through the Philly to create a marbled effect. Carefully spoon the mixutre onto the biscuit layer.
  3. Thickly slice the bananas and place on top of the Philly mixture. Garnish with a little extra drizzle of dulce de leche and chocolate curls or dust with a little cocoa powder.
