A world famous hotel in Central London are looking for a Chef de Partie and Commis Chef to join their busy Pastry Kitchen. You will be working in a large brigade of Pastry Chefs creating dishes for the restaurants, banqueting, and shop.
This is fantastic opportunity for a chef at the beginning of their pastry career to get the best training from some of the top chefs in the industry. You will have exposure to techniques including:
- Bread
- Pastry
- Chocolate work
- Cake decoration
- Desserts
Ideally you will have worked as a Pastry Commis, Demi CDP or CDP previously and want to progress your career in Pastry.
