Located in Winchester our Client is looking for a Head Chef to join their busy kitchen brigade.
Passionate about serving top quality food both seasonal specials and great pub classics this is a busy place and is traditional British fayre at its best!
Using only fresh ingredients sourced from local suppliers the successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef and will be responsible for heading up the kitchen.
Duties include development of specials, maintaining the GP, food hygiene and assuring the highest of standards are met at all times.
Experience is essential for this role, and you must have at least 2 years experience working in a restaurant at Head Chef level.
With an excellent rate of £12 per hour, accommodation can be provided if required.
