Mitchells & Butlers will open the first of its two debut All Bar One airport sites on Wednesday 9 April. The two new bars are planned for Birmingham Airport, located both airside and landside, and come hot on the heels of the recent transport hub opening at London’s Euston station, taking the company to almost 50 sites nationwide.
All Bar One Airside
The 160 seater All Bar One Airside is located in the terminal’s South departure lounge gates 1-20. Also opening and marking a debut for the brand, will be Espresso All Bar One, a fast grab-and-go service located next door to the main bar and featuring hand-crafted coffees, frappés, cakes, paninis and fresh-boxed salads – perfect for those rushing to catch a flight.
All Bar One Landside
The second and larger 490 square metre, 120 cover bar is due to open in the airport’s North landside area in June.
Both bars will be open all day from 4am – 9pm, seven days a week, to serve travellers with breakfast, lunch and dinner including their signature light bites, tapas and new global sharing plates – giving customers a taste of the world before they jet off.
A variety of sandwiches, delicious mains and an extensive wine, Champagne, draught beers and cocktail list will also be available. The bars will also each incorporate a tasting table where customers celebrating a special occasion or with extra time on their hands can book cocktail masterclasses.
Design features in keeping with All Bar One’s newest remodelled sites include exposed brick walls, natural wood, low-hanging lights and a combination of luxurious leather banquettes, high stools and chairs.
