Absolute Taste has been appointed as the exclusive caterer at Dorney Court in Berkshire, the beautiful privately owned Grade 1 listed manor house. Absolute Taste will be responsible for managing all corporate events and weddings in the recently refurbished Old Coach House Barn and Courtyard, and the Great Hall located within the house.
Based in Windsor, Berkshire, Dorney Court has been the seat of the Palmer family for 450 years, passing from father to son through thirteen generations. The history is palpable throughout the space with beautiful lacquer furniture complete with family portraits and treasures collected over six centuries.

Working closely with the couple and their family a dedicated Absolute Taste Wedding Planner will take care of every detail from creating the perfect menu, to organising the entertainment, flowers and the cake, to create the couple’s dream wedding.
Whether the bride and groom choose the Old Coach Barn (accommodating 120 seated and 225 standing) with its own courtyard or a marquee on the lawn, Absolute Taste will create delicious food in a beautiful setting for their special wedding day.
