JLL reports that its Leisure Team has won the mandate to advise Wagamama on their restaurant acquisition strategy in the coming years.
This means that JLL will be working to deliver Wagamama’s goal of acquiring 20 new restaurants a year for the next 3 years, a strong indicator of Wagamama’s continuing and serious ambitions in the UK restaurant sector.
The instruction also includes property management, lease advisory, and the asset management of the 107 existing restaurants.
The JLL Retail & Leisure team advise on over 30 million sq ft of retail and leisure schemes across the UK and transacted over 67 restaurant deals in 2013.
