Welcome Break has announced that Tossed, the operator of healthy food options, will be joining its growing portfolio of brands at Welcome Break Birchanger. From mid-May, M11 motorists will be able to sample a wide selection of fresh salads, wraps, toasted wraps, smoothies and freshly squeezed juices.
Tossed will open its doors daily to the millions of hungry commuters and leisure travellers who use the popular motorway service station from 8am – 8pm. In addition to the lunch and evening services, customers can also take advantage of a breakfast offering featuring wholemeal granary toasties, muffins, porridge and low fat yoghurts.
