Philadelphia Recipe, Poached Egg, Philly and Spinach Sandwich

Ingredients for 1

  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of crusty sour dough bread
  • 30 g Philadelphia Light
  • 15 g fresh baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Poach the egg in a saucepan of simmering water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile lightly toast the bread slices and spread with the Philly. Scatter the spinach leaves over one of the slices of toast and add the poached egg.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and top with the remaining slice of toast.
