New essential oils added to cream supplies’ flavour portfolio

By James Russell: New essential oils added to cream supplies’ flavour portfolio

Essential Flavouring Oils

Cream Supplies has added new, Natural Essential Flavouring Oils to its flavour portfolio. Produced simply from pressed plants or fruits and then purified, they have a very clean and sharp flavour. They are ideal for flavouring sweet foods like chocolate, ganache, desserts, cakes and biscuits but are also suitable for savoury dishes such as marinades and sauces.

They have a shelf life of around a year (6 months once opened) and very little is required as the flavours are so intense, making them excellent value.

They are available in Orange, Lemon, Lime, Cinnamon and Mint and come in 30ml glass bottles with a handy pipette for ease of use. Each bottle contains approximately 800 drops and is priced at £5.95 (zero rated VAT).

Flavour drops

This constantly expanding range is currently available in 40 flavours. Flavour Drops are an intensely concentrated and highly versatile, multi-use product that can be used to add fantastic flavour to a wide variety of food, hot and cold drinks and cocktails. The drops contain no artificial colours or added sugar and are water-based which means they disperse readily.

They are an exceptionally efficient method of adding flavour and because they are so highly concentrated, can be used very sparingly. Just one drop is sufficient to flavour a litre of base liquid. Shelf life is 18 months to 2 years (6 months once opened).

The drops come in a 30ml glass bottle with a pipette for ease of use and are priced at £5.95 (zero rated VAT).

Both Essential Flavouring Oils and Flavour Drops are available for next day delivery from www.creamsupplies.co.uk
