Marco Pierre White is launching new Steakhouse Bar & Grill restaurants at both Hilton London Syon Park and at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Cambridge this April.
Renowned for his no-frills food philosophy, Marco Pierre White will now be tickling West Londoners’ taste buds with his simple yet exquisite cuisine, within the historic 200-acre Syon Park Estate, and serving up steaks to Cambridge locals on the banks of the River Cam.
Affordable glamour
Regarded as the ‘the godfather of modern cooking’ Marco Pierre White will bring, in his words, ‘affordable glamour’ to both Hilton London Syon Park and DoubleTree by Hilton Cambridge, with a traditional steakhouse which has the superior qualities synonymous with one of Britain’s greatest chefs.
Paying homage to simple and delicious British fare, the menus will comprise an extensive medley of steak cuts and meats celebrating local, seasonal produce. Delicious drink concoctions will be freshly prepared on site by the head mixologist at the bar, which will have its own food menu for guests who prefer a quicker bite.
Opening in time for Easter indulgence
Opening in time for Easter, those wanting to make the most of the long weekend could also be one of the first to experience Marco Pierre White’s newest restaurants. Hilton London Syon Park will offer Easter egg decorating followed by a traditional Easter hunt in the hotel’s grounds. The package includes Easter Day lunch and, to burn off all the Marco Pierre White indulgence, active guests can also enjoy cycling in the hotel’s extensive park.
On the same weekend, the DoubleTree by Hilton in Cambridge will be opening the garden terrace by the River Cam. What better time to opt for a punt along the river or hire a bike for a city tour, after a decadent Steakhouse Bar & Grill Easter lunch.
