A newly refurbished venue in Central London are looking for a Head Chef to join their team. This fantastic building is going through refurbishment at the moment and will be open before the summer. They are looking for a Head Chef to join and develop the menus ready for the opening and build a kitchen team.
This is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef looking to take a step up to Head Chef, or for an experienced Head Chef looking for a new challenge and build a new team and menu.
The style of the menu with focused on aged meat and fresh fish with a selection of steaks and vegetarian dishes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience and will have a Michelin or fine dining background. A generous basic salary of £37k is being offered along with tips and the potential of a bonus scheme.
