Gaucho has announced the appointment of Tracey Matthews as Managing Director.
Matthews joined the brand in 2000 and after 5 years of running various Gaucho restaurants, including the flagship at Piccadilly, she set up the highly acclaimed Gaucho Academy.
Due to her background, Matthews has been heavily involved in every aspect of Gaucho operations during her tenure as Group HR Director and is looking forward to overseeing the exciting development plans in place for the brand.
