Lynx Purchasing is making its new Casual Dining Report available online, following its successful launch at last week’s Casual Dining Show.
The report brings together a range of industry research, on topics from menu pricing to food waste, in a snapshot guide to eating out trends.
John Pinder, managing director of Lynx Purchasing, said:
“The report was designed to help hospitality operators navigate their way around the Casual Dining Show. However, many visitors to our stand at the show asked to take for extra copies for colleagues, so we’re making the report available online.”
Pinder added:

“We were very impressed by the calibre of visitors to the inaugural Casual Dining Show. We met many individual business operators, as well as small groups, who can benefit from buying more efficiently.
“We’re following up those contacts from this week, and we expect to start working with a significant number of new customers as a result of the show.”
