Providing all the qualities of CONTINENTAL CHEESECAKE but gelatine free

CONTINENTAL CHEESECAKE MIX is a complete mix containing both cheese and yoghurt powder, which when added to cold water combine to produce a light eating continental style cheesecake, with a mouth watering creamy, lemon flavour which cuts cleanly and is freeze stable under certain conditions.

CONTINENTAL CHEESECAKE MIX is simply whisked together with cold water for approximately 6 minutes and deposited into foils or hoops which have been prelined with either Bakels DIGESTIVE BISCUIT CRUMB or sponge base, prepared from Bakels SPONGE MIXES.

For decorating the cheesecake, we recommend finishing with fresh fruit and glazing with INSTANT SUPERGLAZE.
