Description
Millennium Food’s frozen gluten-free pizza base has been developed specifically for the Foodservice market sector and licenced by the Coeliac Society (CUK-M-155) and has less than 10 parts per million. Sealed in a vacuum bag to minimize the risk of cross contamination, users need only take from the bag, top with their favourite ingredients and cook in a pizza oven for less than three minutes.
The product offers minimal product wastage and a delicious taste. It is currently available in two sizes – medium and large, and ten units to a box. These gluten-free pizza base have a nine month’s shelf-life.
