Chefs Jobs UK are looking for several Relief Chefs to work on a seasonal contract in Ross-Shire, up in the Highlands of Scotland. This lively pub and restaurant is located in a small, picturesque village by the harbour and hosts regular music nights and parties. It also has an excellent bar and tapas menu and prides itself on using fresh, locally sourced produce.
This role would suit a Chef Couple as accommodation is limited and applicants may be required to share a room. The ideal applicants will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a high volume, quality food establishment. You will be required to manage a section of the kitchen and be able to take direction from the Head Chef and his senior chef team.
You will be paid an excellent rate of £10 per hour. Transport is desirable as this is a remote location.
