Ingredients for 2
- 2 pieces of cod loin, each weighing about 150g
- 60 g Philadelphia Lightest
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
Instructions
- Steam the cod for 5 minutes or until cooked (fish should flake when tested with a knife).
- Heat the Philadelphia gently with the mustards and milk, being careful not to boil.
- Serve the mustard sauce with the cod.
