Philadelphia Recipe, Cod Loin with Mustard and Philly Sauce

Ingredients for 2

  • 2 pieces of cod loin, each weighing about 150g
  • 60 g Philadelphia Lightest
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk

Instructions

  1. Steam the cod for 5 minutes or until cooked (fish should flake when tested with a knife).
  2. Heat the Philadelphia gently with the mustards and milk, being careful not to boil.
  3. Serve the mustard sauce with the cod.
