The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel, London has appointed Yacine Bezegouche as the new Restaurant Manager and Santo Borzi as the new Sommelier at the hotel’s award-winning fish restaurant, One-O-One.
Yacine Bezegouche
Originally from France, Yacine’s passion for hospitality began at a young age whilst helping at his family’s restaurant in Saint Cyr Sur Mer. He then completed a diploma specialising in Culinary Art and Table Service whilst working at Michelin-starred restaurant René Bénard La Cadiére. Following his move to London in 2005, Yacine worked at many fine dining institutions including Raymond Blanc’s Diamond Club and Hotel Park Plaza Westminster Bridge where he was Assistant Manager of Brasserie Joël Restaurant. Whilst in this role the restaurant was awarded an AA Rosette.
Santo Borzi
Joining the restaurant from Buddha Bar in Knightsbridge, Santo Borzi has gained a huge amount of experience as a sommelier in his ten years in the industry. He has worked at many renowned London restaurants such as The Ritz, Babbo Restaurant and 5 Hertford Street, where he dealt with many high profile guests. Santo has an extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and a passion for international cuisine and wine.
One-O-One
Recently recognised as the third best restaurant in London by The Sunday Times Food List, One-O-One is famed for its outstanding, creative fish and seafood dishes. Yacine and Santo will be using their expertise to ensure the wine list and the service at One-O-One continues to reflect and complement the stunning food served in the restaurant.
