Nevilles, a leading supplier of tableware and light catering equipment to the UK and Eire foodservice industry, is supplying their catering equipment brand, Genware, at the Craft Guild of Chefs live Skillery at this year’s Hotelympia in London’s ExCel from 28 April to 1 May.
Genware will be taking centre stage at Hotelympia 2014 by supporting four high profile chefs at the Craft Guild of Chef’s Skillery Theatre. Each day one of the sponsored chefs will be demonstrating their expert culinary skills to a live audience exclusively using Genware catering equipment. Classically trained chef with Michelin star experience and current Vice Chairman of the Craft Guild of Chefs. Session title: Replacing Water in Cooking
Brian Mellor – May 1, 12.45 – 1.30pm
Award winning Master Chef of Great Britain and Chef Patron at Harthill Cookery School. Session title: Pork ‘n’ Piccalilli
The variety of culinary themes and techniques on show from this panel of expert professional chefs will provide the perfect platform to demonstrate the versatility and quality of the Genware product range.
