Chefs Jobs UK are looking for a talented and ambitious Commis Chef to work in an award winning, expanding 2AA rosette hotel in Lancashire with stunning views over the Ribble Valley offering a relaxed dining environment and classic British food cooked to perfection.
As Commis Chef you will be required to work alongside and take direction from the head chef and his senior brigade covering a section with supervision you will have an amazing opportunity to learn, grow and develop from a dedicated team of chefs.
There are for three different areas of the business of which you will get the opportunity to work and develop in
- Fine dining 2AA Rosette restaurant pushing for 3
- Brasserie
- Pastry section cover fine dining and brasserie
There are some excellent benefits to this job such as; 20 days holiday a year plus an extra day for every year of service (25 holidays maximum), free onsite parking and after 6 months service staff are entitled to 40% off for dining and 20% off for family members.
You will be working a mixture of split and straight shifts. This is a live out role therefore candidates would need to be able to commute daily, own transport would help due to the location of the hotel.
