Sarah Pittaway has been appointed as Director of Operations for Chester Boyd, and will oversee the seven London Livery Halls in the Chester Boyd portfolio – which collectively have a reputation for roducing exquisite traditional British food infused with contemporary flair.
Reporting to CH&Co joint CEO Alison Tyler, Sarah’s appointment is a key investment for the company – which is designed to ensure Chester Boyd meets its commitment to increase uptake at each of the Livery Halls it represents.
Commenting Alison says: “It has been a tough few years in the city during the recession, but we have never compromised our commitment to the highest standards of food and service, because we know this sets us apart. As the market improves, driving sales is of critical importance to our Livery clients and we believe this investment in Sarah will further strengthen relationships with both the Livery and our commercial customer base.”
Prior to joining Chester Boyd, Sarah Commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served with the Royal Corps of Signals in Germany, Cyprus and Afghanistan. Sarah says: “I’m looking forward to joining Chester Boyd and becoming part of the Livery Hall traditions and history, as well as developing the commercial activities. I have been impressed by the very high standards and reputation of Chester Boyd.”
