Chefs Jobs UK are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie for an immediate start, to work in a pioneering multi award winning 3 AA Rosette restaurants in the heart of Yorkshire.
Our client uses the freshest and finest seasonal produce from around the region, offering exciting choice of desirable and contemporary dishes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to work in a well established team of 4, working split shifts over 4 and a half days out of 7. You will work approximately 48 hours a week.
The ideal chef will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a 2 Rosette kitchen and also be good at Pastry. You will be required to manage a section within the kitchen and be able to take direction from the Head Chef and his senior chef team. This kitchen is a real pleasure to work in.
The salary is £18,000 including a tip package and also you will receive complimentary accommodation above the pub which is a fully furnished hotel room. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who also has a sharp eye for detail.
