Chefs Jobs UK are looking for a Sous chef to work in a seafront cafe/bar in Cleethorpes . This contract will be starting on 1st February and is an on-going contract for 3 months.
This delightful café/bar offers a menu of freshly prepared food including breakfast, light lunches and afternoon tea.
As Sous Chef you will be required to work with a small team, head chef, trainee chef and kitchen porter, ensure that excellent health, hygiene and company standards are being adhered to. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a cafe/restaurant environment.
The hours of work will be Hours 10am-4pm / 9am – 5pm / Saturday-Tuesday (min 8 hours over 4 days) Monday/Tuesdays will be covering the head chef’s days off.
You will be required to commute to and from the client on a daily basis therefore transport is a must to the location of the café.
