Lancashire based pub operator, Ribble Valley Inns, established by Nigel Haworth and Craig Bancroft, is delighted to report excellent trading numbers in December 2013.
Commenting on the results, Ribble Valley Inns CEO, Wayne Chapman said, “We are delighted to report that our LFL trading stood at 15.5% throughout the December trading period. Our teams did a fantastic job and we served over 20,000 covers in this busy period. We opened on Christmas Day for the first time and this proved to be an extremely popular decision with excellent feedback from our customers.”
He continued, “The trading results demonstrate that the Ribble valley Inns proposition of top quality, seasonal local food served in a premium pub environment is well and truly on the consumer agenda. These excellent trading results follow on from the acquisition of our 5th pub in Cheshire that we are looking to refurbish and open in early June, with further acquisitions in the pipeline.”
