London based wedding and event caterer, Fusion Catering Solutions, is to partner with Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala, patrons of landmark Pan-Indian restaurant Café Spice Namaste in London.
Matt Owens, award-winning chef, proprietor and Director of Food of Fusion Catering and the Todiwalas have known each other for several years. Both Matt and Cyrus Todiwala – whose cookbooks and media appearances in recent years have burnished his status as one of the world’s top Indian chefs – have judged together at national & international chef competitions, and both represent the Craft Guild of Chefs.
Matt said “The time seemed right to work together with Cyrus, Pervin and their talented team at Café Spice Namaste, arguably the most innovative restaurant of its kind . By working together we are now able to offer authentic Parsee, Goan and other regional Indian dishes alongside our own modern British and European cuisine.”
