The Pub & Bar Careers Survey has officially been launched by the team behind the Pub & Bar Careers programme. The survey aims to gain an understanding of young people’s views about their careers and further opportunities in the pub and bar sector. The short survey is targeted at employees aged between 18-24 and young general managers under the age of 30.
The easy and accessible survey takes just a couple of minutes to complete and consists of ten simple click-through questions. Everyone who takes part and completes the surveys will remain completely anonymous.
Managers and staff are asked to complete their own respective surveys; both of which can be found on the Pub & Bar Careers blog

Participation in this nationwide survey is much appreciated. The deadline for the completion of all surveys is Friday 7th February 2014.
The survey is brought on behalf of the Pub and Bar Careers programme – an innovative pre-employment scheme organised by the Perceptions Group. The programme aims to engage the young and unemployed within the pub and bar sector by providing relevant work experience and qualifications.

The Pub & Bar Careers programme has been shortlisted in the Publican Awards for Best Industry Initiative. The results will be announced on 25th March 2014 at Grosvenor House in London.
