Seasoned Events, the award winning food and events experts, part of the Crown Group, has been awarded an exclusive contract to provide catering services at Glow, the £60million event space within Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent.
Sole caterer for events
Seasoned Events has been working with Glow on a number of ad-hoc projects with clients such as Apple and Save the Children over the last year and has now secured a long-term commitment from the venue as the sole caterer for events.
The 5,200sqm venue with flexible space across two halls has been successful in attracting high-profile events including The Wedding Fair and The Good Food Show. The venue also offers a 445sqm private gallery space for VIP receptions.
Colin Sayers, Managing Director of Seasoned Events said “Winning this exclusive contract reinforces our position as an event caterer that understands diverse venue spaces. We have the same commitment to running a dinner event for over 1,000 guests as we do to an exclusive VIP reception for 100.
“The split level event space will allow the team to host events that require high security access, as well as events that require a dedicated VIP area.”

The company provides a range of tailored services to its events clients at venues where an outside caterer is required. This could be anything from a one-off dinner for 600 people at a kitchenless venue where staff build, cook and deliver a four-course banquet, to a more intimate dinner for ten.
Seasoned Events is also sole food and events supplier at the Royal Courts of Justice, Leander Club, and Tower Bridge Walkways.
The business has an annual turnover of approx £7million and, due to the nature of the events business, employs thousands of people every year.
