The Rosewood London on High Holborn, which opened in October, has now announced that Gerald Scarfe, the well known British artist and caricaturist, will lend his name and artistic vision to ‘Scarfes Bar’ in the Rosewood.
Gerald Scarfe has spent time at Scarfes Bar over recent months, drawing on the atmosphere and design for inspiration, and evolving it into a living canvas in which his drawings and paintings will depict historical figures and famous faces that recount the history of the k – all with Scarfe’s signature wit and satire. The artworks will be hung in stages, ready for the full reveal in March 2014.
