Sally Beck has been promoted to General Manager at Lancaster London. In her new role she will be responsible for the operation of one of the largest banqueting hotels in Europe, which can cater for up to 3,000 guests. The hotel also has 416 guestrooms with stunning views over Hyde Park, plus two restaurants, Island Grill and Nipa Thai.
Previously Sally held the position of Hotel Manager at Lancaster London. Prior to this she was the Marketing Director of Lancaster London’s five-star sister property, The Landmark London for 11 years. Sally is a born and bred hotelier who grew up in pubs and hotels, so running a hotel has been in her blood from an early age.
A St Julian’s scholar and an active member of the Institute of Hospitality, Sally is passionate about giving back to the industry and especially in developing the Apprenticeship Programme within the hotel.
