The Headland are proud winners of two prestigious awards in British tourism, securing the highest accolade twice: Gold for the 96 bedroom 4 star hotel, and Gold for the forty 5 star self-catering cottages overlooking Fistral Beach in North Cornwall.
Now in their 12th year, the prestigious awards hosted by Visit Cornwall and the Cornwall Development Company tourism service highlighted over 19 categories and shone the spotlight on leading tourism businesses who represent the very best this popular county has to offer visitors.
The Headland’s investment programme and on-going innovative offering have been rewarded once again. Having hosted the award ceremony two consecutive years, The Headland are now holders of two of the most sought after awards for 2013/2014 celebrating the hotel and its cottages.
The Headland Spa is Cornwall’s latest addition. It will be Cornwall’s largest spa and the final phase of the spa launches in a matter of weeks. A new state of the art gym was recently unveiled and has already proved popular with locals and residents at the hotel & cottages. The Leisure area at The Headland Spa includes a Spa pool with jet stream & bubble seats, a Cornish salt steam room, Swedish sauna and aromatherapy showers and, from later in 2013, a Rhassoul will further enhance relaxation at the award winning hotel.
